Unlike many companies, MPIC has hands-on experience with developing and writing governing policy in program offices like MDA.

MPIC supports BCF Solutions as a sub-contractor on the TEAMS acquisition contract. We provide procurement and contract development support for MDA’s Targets and Countermeasures and Advanced Technology directorates. In addition, we have provided business process improvement strategies to the Targets program.
MPIC supported QED as a sub-contractor in researching, analyzing, developing, and writing an Industrial Base Analysis (IBA) report for Targets and Countermeasures.
We have supported and currently support multiple MDA Directorates, Program Offices, and BMDS Baseline Champions – we provide the strong teamwork and cross-program coordination, integration, and synchronization required to execute complex and critical MDA programs.
MPIC developed the executable tactical plan in collaboration with the various stakeholders implementing their procurement needs and concerns bringing MDA into Property Accountability and Audit Readiness.
Comprehensive Acquisition Process (CAP)
The MPIC team led the development of the CAP. MPIC developed policies and procedures for planning and execution of all stages of contract development.
MPIC developed the overarching strategic plan for the Acquisition Library and the procurement policies/procedures that complete the library plus give the CAP authority.
